ANAHEIM - Nebraskans take note: A group of hundreds walked away from Knott’s Berry Farm on Thursday having minted a world record for the number of people husking corn at once. To certify the record, Knott’s needed at least 250 people. A crowd about a hundred more than that gathered at Calico Square before the event, waving their soon-to-be husked ears of corn in a scene that more closely resembled a Midwestern postcard than a Southern California theme park.
