GARDEN GROVE – A woman accused of drugging her estranged husband, cutting off his penis and putting it through a garbage disposal appeared in court for the first time Wednesday. Catherine Kieu Becker, 48, of Garden Grove has been charged with felony torture, aggravated mayhem and sentencing enhancements for great bodily injury and personal use of a knife.
